In our department, we understand that the activity of any organisation must be responsible and undertake the socio-cultural needs of its close environment. Therefore, every project promoted by consortia.es is in close dialog with the priorities of the social and cultural policies.

Our department is integrated by cultural management technicians specialized in European Programmes and offers technical assistance for the elaboration and coordination of projects in the framework of cultural cooperation with Europe, work with young people and volunteering.

Europe has ceased to be an unknown and strange place for a large part of Andalusian young people and every time there are more young people who understand Europe as a wide space where they can carry out their personal and professional projects.
Being aware of this reality, consortia.es encourages the active participation in the community life, the adoption of healthy habits and the enjoyment  of leisure and entertainment options, broadening young people horizons by means of promoting youth associations and the development of projects in the framework of Youth in Action Programme.
Our main actions are:
-1.1. Youth Exchanges: promoting exchanges in Andalucía and sending young Andalusians to other European countries.
-1.2. Youth Initiatives: promoting projects responding to actual social needs.
-4.3. Training and networking projects for youth workers and youth associations.

The Andalusian supportive network is made up of thousands of heterogeneous and diverse associations regarding their legal and organizational status and the number and ways of connecting their members, as well as regarding their goals, values, thematic and territorial scopes…
The main intervention fields of the Andalusian associations are: social and others, women, young people, disabled, sports, sick people assistance and human action. The Volunteer Law 6/1996 of 15th of January regulates these associations and stimulates solidarity as an instrument of social transformation, the cooperation with public administration, the processes of volunteer recruitment and innovation.

Consortia.es supports organized volunteer actions by means of arranging management and financing courses for associations, events for dialog like Annual Volunteering Fair in Seville, National Work Camps and the creation of international nets for development of EVS projects.
